How To Place An Order

Email your order to hello [at] lieselannestudios [dot] com or you can find us on Faire. 

 

Ordering + Payment

$150 minimum for opening orders. Minimum for re-orders is $100. Orders can be made by phone or email. Payment can be made by pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). By default, all payments are processed at the time of shipment (except that of physical check). Existing customers eligible for Net 30 terms with approval upon request. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

Shipping

All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Fedex depending on which is most cost-friendly. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Liesel Anne Studios is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our studio in Lawrence, Kansas. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.

 

Shipping + Turnaround Times

Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, but turnaround times may vary. We try to get things out quickly! If you are local to Lawrence, KS or have a need for a rush order, please let us know and we can often get your order out sooner.

 

Display + Packaging

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Flat Notecard Sets, Gift Tags, and boxed sets may not be broken up. 

 

Cancellations + Returns

All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Unless incorrectly shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
